Dr. Kandace Koukoutsis

Dr. Kandace Koukoutsis

Dr. Kandace N. Koukoutsis joined our practice in September 2018. She is originally from Cincinnati, OH, and received her B.A. in Microbiology from Miami University in 2001.

In 2005 she graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She went on to complete a general Internship and Emergency Clerkship at Michigan Veterinary Specialists in Southfield, MI. She completed a Cardiology Internship at MedVet Columbus, OH, and then went onto small animal general practice.

In 2013 She became certified in Veterinary Acupuncture. She was with VCA Sawmill Animal Hospital for 9 years before relocating to Charlotte, NC. She worked at Atrium Animal Hospital in the south Charlotte area for 1 ½ years prior to moving to South Carolina. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, being outside, and spending time with her husband and two children.
